Want great advice? Grand Dad always said, Steer clear the mediocre and the generic! You will know it when you see it! You are about to see it in the pictures below.
Believe it when we say that it is all about the Grizzly Deck! Let us look at the many ways, the old designs have failed an entire industry, by the inability to self clean. Design failure # 1: The typical "grate" design has horizontal obstructions! These are not magical tumble bars that shed rocks! If the deck needs to be structurally tied together with anything across the natural downward flow of material, it will naturally be a "Place to stop a rock"! Can you say...Plugged! This is easy to see in the many pictures in the slide show below. Design failure #2: Flat bars stacked side by side. The obvious problem with this design, is the amount of "pass through" area it takes to get a rock down through the slot. Also, in most cases if these flat bars are not tied together with a horizontal member, they will certainly deform out of spec under any heavy use. Design Failure # 3: The slope of the deck is to flat or to steep. Design Failure # 4: Light duty Bolt together movable bar design. Although in theory, it sounds like a great idea to be able to reconfigure bars into different spacing, it is not as good as represented. The many problems with this design are as follows. It can be seen in pictures that under heavy use the thing will get torn up with bent bars and lost bolts with rusted and deformed nuts as would be expected. It is widely known that once the bars are put into one configuration they are usually not moved again. This totally negates the value of adjustable. Light duty means short service life in the world of rocks. Design Failure # 5 Overall light duty material specs in both the main deck and the side walls. You can easily see that the quest to build the separator "on the cheap" most definitely compromises the performance the safety and the service life. These are all issues that the BLUELINE Rock Grizzly has solved for you. The Professional looking to make a living with the tools he uses, will not compromise quality for cheap!
What is the value of a plugged-up deck? About as much as a plugged-up commode! It just does not make sense to keep using it! Will this brand tell you that you that you will have these problems? If they do not....Fake News! This brand shares nothing in common with you! Like Cheap is a thing, valued today! Shame!!!
